No Knead Ciabatta Bread
This bread is SO easy to make. The waiting is the hardest part to this recipe…18 hours of rise time in the bowl and then 2 hours of rise time on the baking sheet that’s drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled generously with corn meal, BUT the results are simply perfect. The crust is crispy on the outside and the inside is soft and moist. When you put it in the oven, just be sure to keep an eye on it because 425F seemed a little hot for my oven and I had turned it down to 400F after 20 minutes. I only baked mine for 35 minutes instead of the suggested 45 minutes. Ovens do vary so be sure to check on your bread often. *Suggestion: Feel free to divide the dough to make two loaves of bread. One to keep and maybe one to share…
P.S. I hope you all find this video as entertaining as I did…. :)
