Some of my zucchini flowers are starting to emerge! I can’t wait for the zucchini to actually start growing, too. BUT until they arrive I will be frying up some of squash blossoms. Have you ever had fried squash blossoms? You can stuff them with meat, cheese or both! I have only noshed on them and can’t wait to make my own this summer! ♥ Yum!
