DIY: Redneck Wine Glasses

Hillbilly Crystal is simple and affordable and these Redneck Wine Glasses seem to be quite popular these days. I couldn’t resist making a pair of these as a wedding gift to our friends Jessica & Doug.

These are so simple and easy to make you will want to make them, too! If you have been following my fb fan page then you’ll know this is why I went to Hobby Lobby! I had to find some candlesticks and sure enough they had them and they were 50% off, too! I just LOVE Hobby Lobby!

I found my glass glue at Home Depot, but they may have it at craft stores, too.

When you are all done, be sure to serve them up with some homemade sweet tea or perhaps some moonshine in your new Redneck Wine Glasses!

Materials:

  • Glass Candlestick(s)
  • Mason Jar(s)
  • Sand Paper
  • Glass Glue

Directions:

  1. Rough the top edges of the candlesticks with the sandpaper.
  2. Line with glass glue and press to the bottom of your mason jar.
  3. Make sure it’s centered and press together for about 15 seconds and leave to sit over night.
